Jubilant Organosys' entry into the dosage forms business from APIs was a logical step for the Company. In line with its strategy to continuously strive to move up the value chain, the Company entered the Dosage Forms business by acquiring a majority stake in Pharmaceutical Services Incorporated NV and PSI Supply NV (PSI) of Belgium in 2004. This enabled Jubilant's entry into the European market. PSI, Belgium started in 1993, as a regulatory affairs company, is now a fully integrated pharmaceuticals company involved in the development and supply of dosage forms. With its focus on regulated markets for international sales, Jubilant Organosys also entered the USA, the largest pharmaceuticals market in the world, by acquiring a majority stake in Trigen Laboratories Ltd. in June 2005. Trigen, renamed Cadista Pharmaceuticals Inc., is a generic pharmaceutical company having US FDA approved manufacturing facility in the USA.

	PSI, Belgium provides a full range of regulatory affairs services to European generic pharmaceutical companies.
	Cadista Pharmaceuticals has a US FDA approved manufacturing facility for solid dosage forms in Salisbury, Maryland, USA.
	Jubilant Organosys also has a finished dosage forms cGMP compliant manufacturing facility at Roorkee (India) readying itself for inspection by USFDA, UKMHRA and other regulatory agencies.
	Cadista Pharmaceuticals has, in its portfolio, 9 approved ANDAs.5 ANDAs are filed and awaiting approval. 30 more ANDAs are in the pipeline.
	Development work is carried out at the Dosage Forms Development R&D Centre in India.
	Jubilant Organosys is an integrated player having its own source of APIs.
	The development of dosage forms is supported by in house BA/BE studies through Clinsys Clinical Research Ltd., which has a 54-bed facility in India to conduct BA/BE studies for ANDAs/Dossiers.
